SmartEarn, Zenith, DCP - LTF?

I just noticed that @TechnoFino has AMEX SmartEarn, AU Bank Zenith and HDFC Diners Club Privilege credits cards as LTF.
Any idea how we can get LTF versions of these credit cards? Was there any limited period promo offers for these earlier?

DCP and DCB can be obtained LTF using alumni status of premier institutes.
AU has a list of companies, whose employees can get LTF cards.

In May there was offer to get DCP LTF based on spend within 60-90 days.
