[solved] Hdfc platinum debit card giving 1 points per 200 instead of 100 spent

According to the card I should get 1 cb every 100 rupees spent. Technically 1% but for some reason it's giving me 0.5%? Is this a bug?

Yesterday I bought groceries at reliance fresh 623 rupees. I should have gotten 6.23 reward but I've gotten exactly 3.11 that's 623*0.5, that's like getting 1 cb every 200 rupees spent (that's buisness debit)







I've paid 20k twice as cc bill got 400 points + 3.11 for 623 spend on reliance = 403.11

Why am I getting less?

It is not written in your screenshots but what Mritunjay post is also can be seen in Debit Card section of Netbanking Page.
Must be some issue with app.

an off topic question, i just got my plat dc today and paid hdfc cc bill via mobikwik, i still only see my old millennia card points on it rather than platinum debit card. any idea how long will that take, or i would need to contact bank for this?

It takes atleast 24 hrs to get your points credited. Wait for tomorrow atleast.

Millennia should be deactivated after 1 month, I think for 1 month you can use both Millenia and plat.

Points show up on both debit cards combined. So that millennia points will carry for debit.

Millennia should be deactivated after 1 month, I think for 1 month you can use both Millenia and plat.

Actually had to deactivate millennia first as i was unable to upgrade other wise, but bank sent 2 platinum dc at my address now.

Right now I have both times card and platinum debit active and both show the same points. I guess times will get deactivated soon. The same thing happened when I upgraded form easy EMI card to millennia
