[SOLVED] Is there a cap on Payzapp gyftr amazon shopping voucher?

I recently bought a A/C. Daikin 1.5 ton 5 star.

Price without offers: 45,490rs
With HDFC MoneyBack+ CC there was 3000rs off

For getting additional cashback. I bought these amazon shopping vouchers seperately from gyftr
1. 500rs
2. 5000rs
3. 5000rs x 3

vouchers total 20500rs worth of amazon shopping voucher.
3000rs off was for 20000+ above purchases.
Effective price after cashbacks should be 41465rs.

There's 5% cashback on amazon shopping voucher purchases. so total i should get 1025rs.

After purchase, i only got 975rs back to my CC after 2 days. 25rs,200rs,750rs.
I bought one 500rs amazon shopping voucher before this purchase, which i got 25rs after 2 days.

Is there a 1000rs capping on cashback for vouchers?. Is that why i only got 200rs instead of 250rs.

According to this calculator max cashback limit is ₹1000 per month. Which sums it up to ₹20k per month spend limit.
I am guessing you must have spent ₹1k on smartbuy earlier this month. Doesn't matter if it's Gift voucher or anything else, if its under smartbuy then it's under same limit.

According to this calculator max cashback limit is ₹1000 per month. Which sums it up to ₹20k per month spend limit.
I am guessing you must have spent ₹1k on smartbuy earlier this month. Doesn't matter if it's Gift voucher or anything else, if its under smartbuy then it's under same limit.

After that if I spend on payzapp and get 20000 worth of gift card will I get 1000 cashabck bonus also???

Will I get 400(regular) + 1000(payxapp bonus) ???

I am confused because welcome letter mentions total cashback cannot exceed 400 in a month

Yes you will get ₹1000 extra.
Smartbuy/Payzapp shop cashback is separate from the other cashback.
Total monthly cashback will be ₹400 + ₹1000 = ₹1400
