Some Questions on AU Bank Rewards Redemption Through Flight Booking

I have been planning to book flight tickets to redeem my AU Bank credit card rewards, as it is giving better value than Amazon Pay gift card. I would like to know a fw things before going in.
Is there a convenience fee that they charge when booking flights on AU Rewardz portal? Usually how much in case they do?
Is it mandatory to pay remaining amount with AU card itself? Or are other payment options like Amazon Pay balance available?
Do they give any deals or discounts?
Is it better to convert the points at a lower value to Amazon gift vouchers and book tickets on Amazon, rather than direct booking on AU Rewardz?

Check prices on AU portal and then on few others. If u found better deal, go through.

As flight prices are dynamic and differs from agent to agent.

There's some reward redemption fee.

AU like most banks do charge a reward redemption fee. Do they charge any additional convenience fee in addition to that when booking flights? And what are the options available for remaining amount in case the accumulated points are not enough? Specifically, is it possible to part pay through Amazon Pay Balance?
