I hold a SBI Simpliclick CC.
My spends during the current year has already crossed Rs.1 lakh based on which I am eligible for annual fee waiver and Rs. 2K gift voucher. But, in the statement, they are showing a much lower amount as accumulated spends till statement date. When I checked the spend analyzer, two of my spends are for purchase from a PSU are classified as Govt. payments and those spends are not counted against the accumulated spends. But, in their MITC I did not find any mention regarding spends exempted from consideration towards accumulated / milestone spends. I have raised the issue with SBI cards and yet to get a reply from them.
Is there any spends which are not counted for calculating the annual spends for fee waiver or milestone benefits by SBI cards?
