Does anyone have any experience on how many days Standard Chartered Bank takes to reply to emails sent to their support email IDs customer.care@sc.com & head.service@sc.com ??
Does anyone have any proper email ID to which if I send an email the bank actually replies quickly?
The emails I have sent to the above email IDs have not been responded to in the past 1 week. Last month also I faced the same issue and they only responded once I sent an email to their CEO.
Do I need to email their CEO each time I need any support from them?
