Does anyone have any experience on how many days Standard Chartered Bank takes to reply to emails sent to their support email IDs customer.care@sc.com & head.service@sc.com ??

Does anyone have any proper email ID to which if I send an email the bank actually replies quickly?

The emails I have sent to the above email IDs have not been responded to in the past 1 week. Last month also I faced the same issue and they only responded once I sent an email to their CEO.

Do I need to email their CEO each time I need any support from them?

they do take longgg to reply. I once sent email to their Priority Desk and even their "Priority" team got back to me only after one and a half week.

I'm having an issue trying to close an account at standard chartered. We keep filling out the forms they ask for and they keep making up new requirements and nothing gets done. Anyone know how to accomplish anything at this bank? They're just playing games. Thank you.

Call Customer Care support and ask them to close credit card also request for ticket details.
