Standard chartered titanium credit card

Is standard chartered titanium credit card 5 % cb for fuels worth, i am holding this card as LTF currently. 6 months this card used to credit the cashback in next billing statement. But now it is accumulating cb amount in 360 rewards. The minimum amount to redeem cb is rs 1000.

Please suggest, whether to use this card further for fuel or switch to any other cards. My fuel usage for now is Rs 300-500

Standard chartered reduced my credit from 424k to 10 k
Because I didn't use my card for last 8 months.

Idk where to use this card. It has no benefits
