I am getting the run around with Standard Chartered. We fill out all the documents they want then they make up new requirements and do nothing. How do I get them to close the account and send us our money? They're playing games. Thank you for any guidance.
Transfer all your money out of it.
For bank account closing, you will need to visit the nearest branch.
For credit card, you can do so by calling them.
