I once made 30k cc bill payment from Paytm in hope of getting 30000 points , but only to realise it was upto 30000 points after receiving some 500 points.

I mentioned in my E-Mail , I will expose this SCAM to RBI BO.

10% upto 100 wala offer toh March m hi expire ho gaya thha.

Give some time to HDFC to credit the Cashback of expired offers first.

Raise the Complaint immediately.
HDFC is not going to credit it.

I sent E-mail on 21st April and they told me to wait till 28th Apr then 5th May and now 13th May.

Now Every Banks need RBI Bamboo in their***** to get satisfaction.
I will raise Complaint with RBI if HDFC again asked me further time.

Axis ko toh Satisfaction dilwa di hai RBI ke Bamboo se.

I am also using HDFC Rupay UPI regularly but never seen any CB credit into statement. I will also drop them a mail.
Also, raise issue with NPCI too, maybe its NPCI offering the CB and not the bank
