By default, overlimit facility on OneCard is enabled. Yesterday I got pissed off when I got charged for overlimit facility instead of declining the transaction. I weren't aware that I have exhausted all my credit limit. So disabled it.

My question is can they enable it without your consent ?? Or by default can they ship the card with overlimit facility turned on?

It is disabled for me by deafult.
