Yes, that is true. But, let's say you are logged in into an app or a game, with Facebook or Insta, (wherever it allows), and you buy stuff (in-app items). It is very likely that your cc numbers are being tracked. Also, people who spend in advertisement in Facebook and Insta, it is a big concern for them. Since, many people here are business people too, so I thought it was worth sharing, if they don't already know
