Steps to add Rupay cards on UPI apps

Since RBI has allowed Rupay cards to be linked with UPI, does anyone know how we can link our Rupay cards on apps like PhonePe, Amazon Pay and Paytm? I am iPhone user and so far not spotted any options on any of these apps to pay someone using cards via UPI. Is this something which is yet to be implemented by the UPI apps or roll outs have already begun. Any timelines for the iOS users?

At first, only the RuPay credit card users, will be able to link their cards to UPI platforms. It must be noted that both the RuPay network and UPI are managed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). “This facility would be available after the required system development is complete. Necessary instructions will be issued to NPCI separately," the central bank said in a statement.
