Successful Bill payement through Indie App didn't reach SBI Card

For the June statement of my SBI CC, I paid Rs.500 through Indie. I received the message successful.

Now I received message from SBI CARD that I've not made payment fmfor last statement.

I checked Indie statement, the Rs.500 are refunded on the next day but I had not recieved any message/Email that my bill payment had failed, even though on the payment date I had received message of success.

I'm not concerned about Rs.25 interest but will it impact my Credit score? Can I do something about it?

Contact sbi customer care along with the txn no of indie

Yes I mailed them but as per the reply they will or they might have already reported to Cibil. Have attached ss of their reply.

Do the recharges need to be made in the Indie app? Or can you do it in some other UPI app? I tried paying a HDFC credit card and the payment failed multiple times. Anyone else face this issue? and also does it have to be 10 unique billers? Can I pay my Rs6000 CC bill into 10 - Rs600 payments?

Nope Maxx amount you can get is 50/transaction and monthly capping is 500

And for that it's must to use indie app
 
request for card closure in the app and when you receive the call from retention team, tell them the whole story along with proof and request them to remove negative cibil report.
