Suggession on credit YES wellness and axis vistara prime card?

Recentky i got A cc for yes bank its wellness card and 2nd one is pre approved axis vistara platinum cc.
I want to know is there any good in these cards.
Or should close them.
Thee yes wellness is LTF and vistara platinum is paid.
Can you suggest me if i use these cards or skip.?
