Suggest a card for AWS Amazon Web Services bill payments

Any guys with experience in paying AWS bills, please suggest me a way to save or get rewards for paying AWS bills.

I usually get around 8k - 10k AWS bill per month. The biller is named as AWS India. I pay using HDFC netbanking and don't get any savings/reward. What is the best way to pay these recurring bills?

Indian currency transaction - Millenia should be good upto 10k.
International currency - RBL World safari - 0 markup and also gives points
No mood for credit card/cc not an option - RBL Signature + / Indusind Pioneer debit card

It's billed in Indian rupees only as AWSIPL is a registered Indian Entity.

Also, no you won't get reward points for international transactions using world Safari

I'm talking about the spend based points

• 10,000 bonus Travel Points on spends of Rs. 2.5 lacs in a year
• Additional 15,000 Travel Points on spends of Rs. 5 lacs in a year
• Additional Gift Card worth Rs. 10,000! from a host of brands like Taj experiences, Amazon, Croma, Myntra & Makemytrip on spends of Rs. 7.5 lacs in a year
