I want a Credit Card that provides the best Reward on payment for maintenance bill on No Broker app the payment is debit in the name of "NOBROKERTECHNOLOGIESSOL" and I don't know whether it is considered as Utility or Rent Payment.

Currently it is charging 1% + GST = 1.18% AS convience fees on paying through Visa/MasterCard CC and 2%+ GST on payment through Rupay CC. I am unable to pay through my HDFC DCB. Currently using ICICI Amazon Pay to get 1% and pay through Mobikwik for another 1% but I want a CC which gives atleast 1.5% on this transaction to coverup these charges atleast.

Was Using HSBC Cashback for 1.5% until it was giving on utility but now using Amazon ICICI for 1% and charges are 1.4%+gst so I would have to earn that extra through bill payment

So that means no cashback on SBI cashback card as well then.

Any CC which gives cashback for paying maintenance on NBH app? Are there any loopholes?
Nope. I wasn't able to find it as only MC & Visa works for CC & DC. Rupay Amex Diners are not accepted. Only possibility can be finding a card that gives good return on Utilities 4900 txn and do less than 2k recharge to have minimal charge.

But if that DC gives return on 4900 then using CC like ICICI Apay gets to 1% and then use that DC to pay CC bills via Unipay or JioPay
