Suggest me a Rupay JCB variant CC

Hi,

I'm strictly looking for a Rupay JCB variant CC.
After reading few threads I have shortlisted these -

Bob Premier Rupay
Bob Snapdeal Rupay
Kotak League Rupay

Pls advise which one will be most rewarding and easy to get and won't face technical issues (bank related). Pls do advise if have any other besides above. But I can't apply for Federal, HSBC, Indusind, Axis, HDFC

zero toh i think koi nahi hai.. low mein bob eterna hai and yes reserve hoga i think... hsbc rupay i think 0 forex markup hai till 31 dec...

ok, I have HSBC platinum , instant approval for existing card holders ?

I hold Indus Tiger and unable to apply Indus Platinum rupay on split limit basis. any solution?
