Suggest me a upgrade path to Marquee

Hi everyone, I currently hold a Yes BANK Elite card with a measly 95k limit.

With the current devaluation of Atlas I'm eyeing the Yes Marquee card. How should I go about asking for the upgrade? Has anyone been successful with this sort of upgrade?

My regular CC spends are around 8-10L a year.

I have an existing Marriott Card with HDFC. They mention they can only file as an upgrade. The Marriott card is pretty important to me (for the 10 ENCs), so I dont want to part with it.
Hence eyeing the Marquee for the other spends.
