Suggest me an Axis Credit Card - Query

I am a doctor. I will be filing my first itr this year which will be around 16-17L. I have an ICICI AMAZON PAY CARD with 4.2L and HDFC TATA NEU PLUS card with 1.3L which i got without any income documents. I donot have any relation with Axis bank. 3 years back I got a Flipkart Axis Credit card but i got it closed immediately even before activating it as the limit was only 12k. Please suggest me an Axis card for travel and online spends.
would my past Axis Flipkart card be of any problem in applying for new one? Please suggest me. Thank you.🙏

Where do you mostly spend like online offline any bills ,etc ....
By the way airtel axis is best card if you have airtel connection and for offline spends axis ace is spend .
For higher spends axis atlas will be best.

There are some Axis LTF cards being offered. Try to get one. After 3 months you will get pre-approved offers including premium CCs. Last March, I applied for Airtel Axis, it's approved with a good limit without any proofs & verifications. I have no relationship with Axis.

There are some Axis LTF cards being offered. Try to get one. After 3 months you will get pre-approved offers including premium CCs. Last March, I applied for Airtel Axis, it's approved with a good limit without any proofs & verifications. I have no relationship with Axis.
