My friend has IDFC milennia and HDFC freedom credit card. He needs a credit card with international lounge access. Suggest some cards which can be easily issued.

HDFC Regalia(can get LTF)
Pnb rupay select (long wait time for application and 2 intl lounge per annum)
Is au zenith FYF? because its being read a joining fee waiver on spends 1.5L

SBI cards(prime and elite) are the easiest to get with priority pass. But do note that the priority pass is only valid for the first two years.

IDFC Wealth also has a rider that requires spending 5000 in the previous month in order to qualify for free lounge access. 😂

Can try your luck via swipe up program as well - some got Zenith as well in that. Via swipe up all cards are LTF.
Joining fee waiver on 1.5L spends conditional FYF and not worth it.
apply through swipe up and probably with above 6 lakhs and premium card you hold AU zenith will show up and all swipe up card are LTF, only in rare case joining fees are shown and solution for that is simple don't activate the card.

Amex cards/top SBI cards are considered above in hierarchy for Zenith as per AU

Can call customer care and check maybe - generally if you have that bank nearby should be serviceable then. Can check by any agent as well - search on forum - there was a thread for Au agent

how to do via swipe up ?
Surprised that PNB RuPay Select has long wait time -- I got PNB Platinum superfast!
I would suggest 2 cards , if you are facing issues in getting the high end cards LTF
1) Stanc EMT - 2 access through PP internationally comes with annual fee of 350
2) Kotak Zen signature - comes with 3 access with PP fees 1500
Both these cards are easier to get
