Suggest way to Scan & Pay change amounts to Auto/ Scooter guys? Main Vi SIM on iOS 16.1.1 (most UPI apps req 17.x) / Prepaid Jio SIM on iOS 17.x

Main Vi SIM No is one linked to Banks/ PAN/ AADHAR etc.

1. Is there a way to enable and use a UPI app on iOS 16.1.1?

2. If not, can any App (UPI, UPI Lite or Wallet) be run/ be enabled on 2nd iPhone (Vi SIM will be removed)?

I read of some Apps working without the ACTIVE connection to Main SIM once it gets set up. Which Apps & Type can I leverage?

PS: I was bed ridden under critical illness for last many years & get out mosty for medical stuff,
so have been disconnected from this entire UPI/ Wallet etc insights.
