Millennia Suggestions for HDFC Millennia if it can be converted to LTF based on t&c?

TF Select
Hello,

I have been holding LTF Regalia First for 6 years. I got an upgrade offer to Millennia on FYF basis. However, on the HDFC new app, I noticed there is a statement that the annual fees will be waived off for Classic, Preferred and Imperia customers. I have taken the screenshots. After the upgrade, can I negotiate to make to it LTF since I am a classic customer? Has anyone done it?

Thanks and Regards,
Nirmalya

Take it, regardless of whether it’s LTF or FYF. Millennia is a solid card, you can milk more cashback than the fees you pay.

And before the renewal fee is charged, email them and ask to convert it to LTF. They might agree or they might not, doesn’t really matter.

If you can’t spend ₹1 lakh in a year, then it’s not worth getting this card.

Why don't you mail hdfc cs they will guide you appropriately
If you are patient enough just apply if there is a change or charges levied in near future directly mail pnl showing this as proof
For the first one you are trying to connect to bank and then apply for 2nd scenario you would 1st apply and then face consequences based on it for false or mis advertisement

The thing is most of my online spends have been moved to HDFC Swiggy card, so not really sure if I will hit the ₹1 lakh mark with this card.

Swiggy is paid card? Where do you spend?

Check how much cashback you are getting on Swiggy card and how much you can earn in your Millennia card.

Once you figure that out, then there is a bonus thing. Millennia is a core card, it works for sales as well. Swiggy is co-branded card. It doesn't work on sales.

It's a paid card, mostly on the 5% category.
