My monthly expense comes arround 70 -80 K including rent.
My primary card is for all expenses is HDFC Regalia LTF.
I planning to add 2 to 3 new credit cards in my portfolio.Travel focussed. Please give suggestions.
My idea.
1. Amex Platinum Travel.
Goal - Spend 4 lacs yearly and get 40 K rewards and Taj voucher.
2. Amex MRCC
Goal- spend 20 K per month to get 24 K rewards and renewal fee waiver.
Transfer amex points to Marriott bonvoy to get free 5 days hotel stay.I guess 60 K points will give a descent stay in 4 star property in Dubai, Bali etc
3.Not sure about card for airmiles. Thinking of SBI Vistara. But staying in Hyderabad,so I don't have many destination options.
4. Or try Axis Magnus instead of all above cards. But approval is doubtful. Spend 8 to 9 lacs yearly. Gather approx 2.5 to 3 Lacs reward point and get airmiles and hotel stays.
Please give a valuable suggestions.
P.S. -Upgrade request to HDFC DCB by Chennai Headquarter got rejected last month.
