Is there any way/app by which we can do utility bill payment/ fast tag recharge using Credit cards without any transaction/convince fees?
Cred, freecharge, paytm, showing additional fees when selecting Credit card for payment.

Previously I have hdfc fasttag and able to load with ace card , 5% cash back too. I am changed to Paytm fastag and not able to load. Why it so?
