Axis Credit Card Supplementary / Addon card for Atlas

I am trying to get an addon card on my atlas. Reached to some numbers listed here. Customer support is saying that they don't provide addon cards anymore and suggesting me to take a different card lol. Does anyone has any experience in getting an addon recently?

On 15th August, pop-up appeared in axis mobile app for applying add-ons. I successfully applied and got 1, during that time. Post that, I couldn't find that option nor I need currently.

Not confirmed but if you have 3 cards
Generally complimetry card not available to that customer

Do not give any add on cards. Not for atlas, not for magnus, not for M4B. Have tried reaching out till branch manager level, no luck

Applied for addon on 10 Dec

Axis showed add on option in app and i applied and application was successful,,,,lets see if it gets delivered or not

I already have 3 axis cards in my name including M4B,,,,still was able to apply addon on my wife's M4B
