[Suprisingly] Good experience with RBL CC Network change

Hi everyone,

So I recently got this RBL Shoprite LTF CC (via RBL Offer posted here) which I intend to use only for merchant offers. The card was on mastercard. Just to try the RBI network change thing, I dialed up customer support and contrary to popular belief it was a seemless process. They took my request and I could see the RuPay card on App the second day. All my unbilled Txn were visible confirming it's not a new Card (acct). Customer support confirmed that everything related to card will remain same including the Fee.

RBL Shoprite is on RuPay Select (I think) but no Wellness benefit I suppose.

The reason I created a post is I didn't expect the process to be this simple and smooth and that too from RBL bank. Credit where it's due.

RBL Shoprite is on RuPay Select (I think) but no Wellness benefit I suppose.

There are two types/variants of rupay select card ---> Select Normal & Select Wellness.
RBL Shoprite comes on Rupay Select Normal platform so no wellness benefits attached.

I just saw LTF Shoprite ad on facebook sponsered section. Can anyone confirm the same?

Go to last page for link. Follow the thread on how to confirm you are applying for LTF instead of normal card.

Do not apply through a random agent (unless it's someone known here on TF), not only it won't be LTF, you might not even get the same card.

Yes it should be. Give them a call and see how it goes. However I don't know if we can change the network more than one time for the same card. Let me know if anyone has any idea.

And upi transactions will count under montly transaction limit of 5000 to get free tickets??

When I called them to change my Icon card from Visa to rupay CC said this card can't be changed to rupay only visa and MasterCard available
