TF Premier
Hi,
Did RBL had a leadership change???
I made a post last time about how RBL has a smooth and well documented CC network change process. Today going through emails, I found out the following,
Once your credit card application is approved, the following documents are sent over email,
1. Application PDF (password protected, clear and concise)
2. Credit Card specific marketing material (eg shoprite.pdf) detailing benefits and features (Generic, available over internet)
3. Product TnC (Looks Generic, password protected, signed at the end)
4. MITM (generic, password protected, signed at the end)
5. Card Member Aggreement (generic, password protected, signed at the end)
6. Key Facts (Custom, pass protected)
The last document has clearly mentioned that the card is LTF for me along with all the charges ever conceivable for a credit card, clearly and beautifully mentioned. No more chasing customer care to confirm LTF and shit.
Not that other banks don't do it, but it's a bit surprising from RBL.
Note: I didn't go through an agent so can't comment on that but at least you now know whether your agent scammed you.
Attching a screenshot for ref: this is just a small section of the two page doc.
