Surprisingly super efficient service by Axis Customer Care team....

Despite so many negative posts, I chose to try calling up the Axis Customer care team for closing my Ace card.

In the morning, got an email n SMS, offering MyZone on LTF. As I already have Airtel Visa n LTF Neo RuPay, I wanted to close Ace Visa.

The first level girl took less than 2 minutes to hear my closure request together with MyZone option. Level 2 guy heard me out for 3 minutes n immediately sent the link by SMS for closing Ace Visa n issual of MyZone on LTF basis.

All done in about 5 minutes max.

Vey happy n satisfied with such efficient service.

This forum hate is unsound, its the HDFC who deserves it. Axis policies are transparent and universal while HDFC CS are pathetic liers / robots.

They are giving myzone as LTF till 31st March. Also i got LTF myzone as retention for ace card
 
Had the same experiece today. They were very professional & Helpful.
I am having an extremely bad experience with Axis bk CC as well as my SB Ac.
Even after Reporting about cyber crime of Rs 1.35L with ALL Required proof to their MD and others I keep receiving SAME Msg saying they are looking into the matter..on the other hand they keep sending reminder message about due amount in my CC which possibly their own employee swindled
