Swift Transfer Issue Help

Hi, i'm posting this post here because i need a urgent help, please move it after some time.

So, i was trying to apply for a US amex card using my friends address, because he owns the place he created a leese agreement for me, & amex verified the address with that but they are saying they need to identify my name also because they received my credit history with nova but not received any name (very weird), and they cant take leese agreement as proof for that, so i opened Zenus account for it, but they were unable to connect the call with zenus, and they are saying i have to upload the statement of zenus.

Zenus is not allowing me to download a zero balance statement, and when im trying to transfer money to zenus using my axis account its showing invaild swift code, and zenus only provide Swift transfer method.

Is there any solution for this? If you know any solution for this please let me know it would help me a lot.

Also if someone have a US bank account and is willing to transfer let me know i will pay all the fees and cost associated with it.
Have you tried Wise for money transfer?

How you got your SSN, and you are trying to get US credit card while staying in India without any VISA or anything? But all these thing you are trying to do doesn't seems legit.

AMEX US cards are great but they suck in India BIG time.

On top of merchants not accepting AMEX (which nowadays is still fairly accepted), a lot of terminals don't have foreign card transactions enabled. So combine these two, and you won't be able to use it almost at all. Even major retailers who accept AMEX such as Samsung might take AMEX but their terminals don't accept foreign cards you still won't be able to use it.

Go figure how to achieve spending goals with those issues in India.

Now that makes me wonder why RBI/Government passed whatever mandate to disable foreign card transactions. A compliance thing? Are merchants required to fill more paperwork or do anything additional to enable it? Does it entail a bigger headache when it comes to bookkeeping and taxation?
This wasn't the case 5 years back.

I'm fairly sure this happened sometime during COVID, because as soon as travel was allowed I faced issues in terminals in prominent areas and shops such as major touristic attractions, shops, restaurants and hotels in Rajasthan, around Taj Mahal, Ladakh, Kashmir, Mumbai and so on.

Even J&K is restricted nowadays, you can not withdrawn any money with a foreign card in J&K. Tourists traveling there are unable to get a postpaid SIM card and prepaid sim cards don't work there so they have to arrange them through third parties, on top of that they can't withdraw cash.
