Swiggy HDFC Address Change Issue

Recently, I relocated from the city to my permanent home in a rural area. While trying to update my residential address through the MyCards portal, I encountered an error that is preventing the change. I’m now unsure whether changing the address from an urban to a rural location is causing this issue.

Additionally, I had applied for a Rupay virtual card, but a physical card was sent to my old city address. I wasn’t aware that a physical card would be dispatched—otherwise, I would have updated the address earlier. Kindly advise how I can update my address successfully and receive the card at my current location.

Update #1 - Went to the nearest branch with filled out forms (Apparently they didn't have the form). Also gave them attested copy of aadhar card and pan card. Then they mailed those to the Chennai office. After 1 week my address got updated successfully.

You can go to HDFC branch and fill a form for that, they will update it for you.

Did you contacted thier customer care regarding this?
They may consider/give online changing form also.

I have emailed them regarding this issue. They have yet to reply. Is there going to be any issue if the address is in rural area? That's what I am concerned about.
