I received same for my money back plus I am confused Regards it mentioned 30 days from received alerts or offers communication it will valid but always hdfc sent offers specially on last week of months .

If already transaction made via card before offers communication it eligible for this above offers or only we have only time for make spend between 27oct2023 to 31oct2023 b/w as received sms yesterday only .

Happened with me many times in past. I received a voucher or sometimes smartbuy vouchers of 250/500/1000 even when I wasn't aware of offer or no email/SMS received for such months. Recently I had an EMI Txn in March and no extra offer was there for EMI yet I received 700 normal voucher in June 2024 which I reedemed for Amazon Pay voucher and a month after received a Rs.1000 smartbuy discount voucher saying March EMI campaign while EMI capmaign mail came from May 2024 only.

But many a times we don't get even after email received and then have to approach HDFC via email. Best part is they always provide it manually then,
