tata cliq offer on my ICICI sapphiro Amex

Hi Guys,

I'm new user for Amex, hardly did 1-2 transactions so far. And I received 500 Rs Tata CliQ coupon as below.

"Congrats on your Rs 500 Tata CLiQ voucher for ICICI Bank Amex Sapphiro Credit Card XXXX. Use code XXXX & PIN XXXX at icici.co/DUvfEak4bEs . T&Cs."

Is it some sort of periodic offer which every Amex card owner receives?
I'm not sure why I even received it.

It might be a voucher for card activation which you have received within 30 days of card issuance.

even i got 2 separate SMS. 1 for 500 and the other one for 750 but voucher code and PIN is same for both. is it the same in your case?

Probably they upgrade the offer but haven't clarified. Since we have received 2 sms, and also have link of both TnC, maybe we can complain that 500rs voucher does not work, after utilizing the 750 voucher

Hope you've done a txn within 30 days using the amex variant. If so follow the escalation matrix on their site

I too received 750 voucher on my ltf sapphiro but turns out it is not a valid voucher!! Called ICICI customer service and they said it is auto generated and since the card is ltf, it is not supposed to be a valid voucher!!
