I think it's for all users, as line clearly says "your first order during offer period", if it was for new users then they clearly mentioned that it's only for new users.

As per my understanding they are saying that if you place multiple order during offer period, offer will only applicable on first order

Th reverse is also true. I always compare the net prices after discount before placing orders. Some items are cheaper in BB, some on AmzFresh, some on Zepto, some on FK and a few on Blinkit.

YES. Today I saw some household items (shampoo, soaps, etc) on Tata Neu app (big basket) are costly in Tata Neu app than Amazon.
Example, Mama Earth gentle baby shampoo (400ml) is ₹299 in Amazon whereas it is ₹399 in Tata Neu.
