TATA NEU addon UPI PIN issue

Received TATA NEU addon for spouse,registered with her Name & Mobile, with different card number. While adding card for UPI on apps(Gpay,Payzapp,Paytm) card details are fetched & asking for UPI PIN generation.On next step OTP is received (on her mobile number ) but it cant be processed further rendering UPI PIN non generated. This addon card is registered successfully on mycards hdfcbank & Payzapp with her number. So what's stopping it from UPI PIN generation?

Add-On Card UPI will not work. UPI facility is only available for Primary Card Holder.

No thats not true. Addons also work on UPI if they are provided with different registered number

Give it some time, it would most probably get fixed automatically in a few days.

I got my father an ICICI Bank Add-on Upi Card with a different number but it's not working, confirmed with CC the feature is not available yet on add-on cards.
Update if you can do so.

Recently I got BoB add on card. Gpay upi is working on both primary and add on (diff mobile numbers).

Download addon form from HDFC website.Fill it with Aadhar & PAN copy of Addon person. Send it to Card Dicision Chennai address .Turnaround time is 2 weeks approx

I had issue with setting pin for add-on UPI as well. Kept trying. Worked in Paytm finally
