I had done a bill payment using tata infinity card in tata neu for amount 9909 and in the statement which I got it is showing only 59rs as credit rewards. Does tata neu pay 5% for the bill payments. Even then I need to get 150 but I got only 59 . What can be the reason 🤔

Is it showing nothing in the Bonus Neucoins section at the bottom of statement??

If you have applied through Tata Neu app, generally billing date will be 1st of month. If you got pre approved offer then billing date will be same as existing card.

I have also done mobile recharge on tat neu and not received 5% cashback
there is lot of confusions, called cc but giving some excuses
