Tata neu card coin’s restrictions

I have ordered a Tv from Tata neu croma and i was supposed to get some 450 coins but 0 coins is showing pending and customer support has told that my account has been restricted to earn neu coins for some violations. i mostly use tata neu for grocery orders.

what should i do ?

Ask them to specify reason

Mail to escalation teams of both neu and hdfc

and order from family member account
