Tata neu card- Did not get 5% coins

I am using Tata neu card infinity recntly made insurance transactions

07/10/2024 -LIC payment -24837INR
11/10/2024 -TATA AIA policy amount -51125INR

But here i did not get the coins as per 5% i need to get more.
My bill generate date is 14th of every month and due date is 3rd of every month
could any one can help me understand why it is less coins ?

What you recieved is 1.5% base neu coins for the utility (Sr No 1). The remaining 3.5% will be credit in the next statement (as Add_Tatapayment). The value in Sr No. 2 in this statement is the 3.5% coins for utility payments done in last month/statement.

Hey, I'm going to make an insurance payment with my infinity card on the tata neu app. To get the 5% back, do I have to make the payment via the credit card option or via UPI?

I received my card on October 31, activated it, and began using it on November 1. My first bill was generated today.

I've used this card in various ways—through the Tata Neu app, UPI scans, and offline swipes.
The total first bill amount is Rs 25,380/-. Currently, in the Tata Neu app, I see 180 coins marked as "Unlocking Soon."
Additionally, the bill states "Total NeuCoins Earned (Base + Bonus) = 320" and "Closing NeuCoins with Bank = 320."
Does this mean I've earned a total of 500 NeuCoins (320 from the bill + 180 unlocking in the app)?
When will the 320 NeuCoins from the bill appear in the app? Any help is much appreciated.

I think 180 will be unlocked after product is delivered and return policy date is over.

Thanks @vine. The second part was about the Neu Coins shown in the Bill. But I just found that it will be credited to the Neu account within 7 days.

My experience has been good with Neu , so far.
You do get the correct coins after their specified dates are over.

320 neucoins will come to your neu app within 7 days (usually in 3 to 4 days).
