Tata Neu card showed me the limit and all but then they asked for VKYC and now my application is under process after video kyc

Hi,

I've recently applied for Tata Neu Card and initially after entering my kyc details and Pan it showed me the limit, same as my Moneyback + card and it also showed that for the first 24hrs I will only be able to use 5k limit but then suddenly they asked for VKYC, I completed it but now my application is showing as under process and previous details like digital card limit and usage is not even visible.

So, my card application is going to get declined coz that moneyback plus card I got few days back only 😅

  • I completed the virtual KYC process, and the application status indicated that it was “under process.”
  • Four days later, I received a call from a third-party agent representing HDFC. They informed me that HDFC had assigned them to collect my biometric verification.
  • The agent visited my home for the biometrics collection, and shortly after that, I received an approval message for my HDFC credit card.
    Even I hold that legendry MB+ 😹

Yep let's see... even I got this MB+ card after to much difficulties 😔 and this forum really helped me get this card or else I wouldn't have it in the first place🤞🏻
