I have Tata Neu credit card, I am trying to see whether I can apply the neu coins in Westside website.
I added some of the products and accepted to use Tata neu card. As soon as I give number of coins to be used, the coins were used. I didn't placed the order but my coins were used. I checked in my tata neu app, it shows the neu coins were already spent but in reality there weren't.
Does these coins will be rewarded back or where should I raise this concern/ticket?
