Tata Neu Infinity Card Declining payment even after limit

I am facing this issue with Tata Neu Infinity Card while paying with UPI on Tata Neu App. Tried the same on various UPI apps but all showing error!

The card limit is 5l and the current outstanding doesn't even crosses 40k. Any suggestions or any solutions?

Esmein ek limit hai that you can only pay till 2000 in a day through UPI to small vendor.
