Tata Neu Infinity not working on UPI apps | BHIM | Mobikwik

I received Tata Neu infinity card couple of weeks back. Card is working fine for all regular transactions. I was also able to add Card in BHIM and Mobikwik seamlessly

However, it fails on UPI merchant transactions. I have done 3 types of transactions till now. One on society maintenance app to pay society maintenance via UPI (3.5K value), 2nd to pay credit card bills (Rs. 100), 3rd to pay barista using UPI scanner (Rs.50). So all are merchant transactions

All transactions are failing. Below is screenshot and SMS. I raised it with HDFC bank helpline but somehow they are not understanding the query or do not know how to answer. PIN and everything is correct. I have also tried it on various days from 20th Feb till today

Anyone facing similar issues? Any possible solves?

If your card is newly registered with UPI then wait 24-48hrs.

Try to pay any other banks credit card bill pay via Amazon using your RuPay CC link UPI.

Also your merchant payment gateway is easebuzz, I dnt know easebuzz is live on RuPay CC on UPI or not.

Yes and currently everyone getting unlimited 1.5% neu coins on any credit card bill pay via Amazon using TATA Neu RuPay Infinity credit card link UPI.
