Tata Neu Pay Day Offer and 1mg Issue

Hi All,

I recently used my Infinity card to purchase medicines from 1mg because of the PayDay offer. I received 1 wrong product. I wrote to Tata Neu Customer Care since writing to only 1mg would make them retract the 250 neu coins. But there has been no response from them till now. 2 days back, I escalated the matter by mailing escalations@tataneu.com. Still no response.
FYI - Tata Customer Care is not working.
What should I do now? Pls help/advice.

My complain regarding tata neu pay day sale has not been responded for over a week now. I sent another mail seeking update yesterday but still no response. For me, once again, my big basket order was divided into two deliveries.

I had an issue regarding non-credit of bonus coins and wrote to them. They contacted me over the weekend and even credited the bonus coins. Don't chat with support and directly write to customercare@tataneu.com

This is the first thing I did, no response till now.
Their chat service is the worst, AI powered and very unintelligent.

I can confirm both of my tickets have been resolved within 48 hours and received my pending 400 Neucoins in my account
