Tata Neu Payment issues on UPI - Tata Neu Infinity Card

I am facing issues with the Tata Neu app recently. The amount that I paid from the app does not reflect on the vendor side. It happened twice in the last two weeks - once at a metro station and then at reliance smart bazaar. Is anyone else facing this issue? How/Who do I reach out to in order to raise a dispute for the money that has been debited from my card?

Call customer care and raise Chargeback for those Transaction mentioning the UPI failure.

If cc can see the Transaction is failed the refund will happen automatically in 7 days.
But if it's not failed Chargeback can be raised by cc.

Tata app is buggy. There is no way around that apart from going with alternatives.

Need a help. I don't know how to start a new post so commenting here. I jave a Tata Neu infinity card. Unable to see credit card option to pay health insurance premium in the Tata Neu app. Customer care is procrastinating by sending generic responses. But I can see credit card option for life insurance. How do I escalate this issue and make Tata Neu accountable? I'll be losing out on a lot of reward points because of this.

Looks like Tata Neu has blocked UPI payments. UPI payments on Neu App stopped working for me few months back. After few exchanges of email I received the below response - but I'm not sure if it is true or BS from cust care
