Would I be eligible for a 5% discount when utilizing my HDFC Tata Neu Plus card for purchasing instant vouchers at PayZapp/SmartBuy?

Since Tata Neu introduced voucher buying section within app hardly anybody uses it now at Smartbuy. Tata Neu used to give 1% as Neucoins when Neu Plus card was used at Smartbuy but now T&C’s regarding the same are saying the offer has expired. May be somebody who uses it can throw some light if they are still getting it upon usage.
