Tata neu rupay card not working for online transactions

Hi all,
I have recently got (2 weeks back) my Tata neu rupay credit card and able to to upi payments. But the card is not working for any online transactions and at any platform including tata neu.
Please help.
I have activated it and checked all limits as well. At the time of payment the amount gets deducted and again reversed back to the card with a failed transaction !

Talked to the customer care as well, they also don't have any clue.

Check online cc limit settings again.. For now enable all the amounts including international transactions as well for some time and test.
Also make sure you are paying a merchant account. You cannot pay a normal customer account using upi scan.
See if this helps otherwise goodluck with HDFC customer care team. They are very dumb af.

Done everything , still not able to do any online transaction!

Hi all,
I'm using Tata neu Rupay credit card from past few months and able to do upi payments and earn 1000+ neu coins too!
But the card is not working for any online transactions such as mobile recharge , at any platform including tata neu.
I have activated online txn and checked all limits as well. Even customer care people have confirmed that there should not be any issue.
At the time of payment the amount gets deducted and again reversed back to the card with a message - Transaction Reversed !
Please help!
