I contacted customer care for changing paytm card to money back card, they told co branded cards can't be changed

No u can’t but close and apply any card

I already have paytm card and tata card, online application is not working

Logic is 1 hdfc core card and the other one can be co branded so max 2 in normal cases (I have regalia ltf and neu infinity paid)
Some have 3 too as an exception
