Tata neu UPI payment cashback doubts

Hi team

So I've been using Tata neu for UPI payments, and it's been working great mostly -- however I can't understand their cashback structure
1. Payments as big as 250 have gotten no cashback
2. Payments of even 40-50 rupees got 1 rupee cashback
3. Some franchise merchants not giving cashback - eg waffle co, 24*7 etc

Has anyone faced similar issues?
Or could share some insights into the matter?

Grocery UPI payments neucoins would be given in next month, maybe that's the reason you have not received neucoins for certain big transactions,

Check the table at the bottom of the statement and see if you've gotten the NeuCoins for some of these transactions there. You will have to add it up to make sure.

Check after the table, it will show the neucoins for other transactions combined as Base Insurance or Base Grocery.

500 neucoins are for insurance. Second is for bigbasket. Rest, not sure.
Don't think there's any for the regular stores where I didn't get cashback as such.

A lot of the UPI payments are counted as grocery. Add up all the payments and check if 1.5% of that amount gives you the Neucoins for base grocery.

what if i order something from tata neu app from my neu plus cc through upi .. will i get 5+2+1 ( upi transaction) = 8% ?? discount ??

we all pays via upi handles.

the cashback or rewards were given based on verified handles, hdfc quiet slow unlike like issuing cards. Depends on handles also like bharatpe, paytm, hdfc smarthub.
only pnb gives cb irrpective merchnats ion upi cc.
axis quiet seems fast in verifing handles.

Can you confirm some handles, for which you got coins?
