Yeah its Tata Neu app that derps. It's someone's 8th sem project that they have decided to make it mainstream. I have had this issues on numerous occasions. On one occasion, they delivered my groceries to my residence in the selected slot and then after some 4-6 hours, I got the debit of the wallet balance. They work in mysterious ways.

Tata Neu - Bigbasket Devaluation:

They seem to have removed extra 10% Instant discount coupon with Neucard on orders around 2.5k.

This discount used to be valid from 1-25 every month. this month i don't see it in vouchers.

Does anybody have it this month?

They have removed persistence of the Neu card discount to be available everyday, and is now present randomly on any day. I bought something on 28th Oct and It was there. I got to use it.
