Tataneu infinity LTF to paid millenia upgrade? Should I take it?

Hello everyone, I have tataneu infinity LTF credit card. I wanted to have core hdfc bank credit card. So I sent new credit card request for millenia or regalia gold card (as my LPA is 11.3L, just below 12L). They denied floater card, but agreed to upgrade my card to fyf millenia card. Shall I take it?

Yes just take it it difficult to get core card if you already have co branded credit card in hdfc
